What we do with the details you send us, and what you can ask us to do about them.

Who we are
This website is operated by Nanjing Hanjing Machinery Technology Co., Ltd, trading as MasterEdge, of Lishui District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you complete the enquiry form on our contact page, that is:
- Your name and company
- Your work email, and your phone or WhatsApp number
- Your country
- The technical details of your enquiry — blade family, quantity, machine, material, and any drawing link you provide
We collect nothing else. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up and no hidden field.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is built as plain HTML and CSS with no JavaScript, so there is no tracking script, no advertising pixel, no session identifier and no third-party embed. We cannot tell who visits, and we do not try to.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, as every website does. We do not read them to identify individuals.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry: to prepare a quotation, discuss the application, produce and ship what you order, and support it afterwards. That is the whole purpose.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and — once you place an order — the performance of our contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.
We share only what a shipment requires, and only with the parties that carry it out:
- Freight forwarders and couriers — the consignee name, address and phone number needed to deliver your goods and clear customs
Where the law or a competent authority requires us to disclose information, we will do so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for three years from our last contact with you, so that a repeat order can be matched to the specification we made before. Where an ongoing supply relationship exists, we keep the technical record for as long as we may need to reproduce the part, and commercial records for as long as tax and customs law requires.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Where it is held
Our email and business records are held in China. If you write to us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, your details are transferred to China so that we can reply. By sending an enquiry you consent to that transfer.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your details
- Stop using them, or restrict how we use them
- Withdraw your consent at any time
Write to gia@njmasteredge.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not ask why.
Security
Enquiries reach us by email and are held on business accounts protected by passwords and access control. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if your enquiry contains a commercially sensitive drawing, tell us and we will agree a non-disclosure agreement before you send it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page, and summarise material changes here.
