Nanjing Hanjing Machinery Technology Co., Ltd manufactures industrial blades, industrial knives and press brake tooling under the MasterEdge brand.
We are a manufacturer, not a trading desk. For sixteen years we have specialised in precision industrial machine blades, and our products are exported to more than 40 countries — supplied to machine builders, equipment OEMs, contract processors, distributors and industrial end users across recycling, packaging, food processing, sheet metal and plate shearing.
Every blade is quoted against the application first: what you cut, how thick, how fast and how wet. The specification is stated in writing and the process route is kept on file, so your second order matches your first.

Serrated sealing knives, cross-cut blades and paper cutting blades for bagging, wrapping, labelling and printing machinery.
Food Circular Knives
Circular knives for food cutting and portioning, including kebab and grilled meat slicer blades, from 80 mm to 600 mm diameter.
Industrial Slitting Blades
Top and bottom knives for paper slitting, film slitting and foil lines. Concentricity and edge finish controlled so web edges stay dust-free.
Carbide Slitting Blades
Tungsten carbide slitting blades for abrasive film, laminate and nonwoven — for lines where steel is changed too often to be economic.

Who bears the shipping cost for samples?
A sample fee is charged, with shipping at the buyer’s expense. The sample cost can be refunded against a bulk formal order, by negotiation.
Do you accept OEM and ODM service?
Yes. OEM logo marking is available on the blades or on the packaging. Our own brand, MasterEdge, is also available for distribution.
Can you make industrial blades from my drawing only?
Yes. Send a DWG, DXF, STEP file or a dimensioned PDF and we will quote the blade with material.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom industrial blades?
It depends on the blade. Many standard sizes can be sampled as a single piece, so a trial does not cost a fortune. Blades needing dedicated tooling, a special material batch or a long grinding setup carry a higher minimum, and we tell you that with the quote rather than after it.
Which materials do you use for industrial slitting blades?
Tool steel (D2, SKD11), high speed steel (M2, M35), powder metallurgy steel, food-grade stainless, and tungsten carbide. Coatings such as TiN, TiAlN and DLC are available where release or adhesive build-up is the real problem rather than wear.
How long does a custom blade order take?
Samples and small trial quantities are typically ready in two to three weeks once the specification is agreed; serial batches run to a schedule we confirm with the quote.
How do you protect edge geometry in transit?
Blades are rust-protected, edge-guarded and separated so no two cutting edges touch. Sets are numbered by position, and export cases are built for sea and air freight worldwide.
